Scammers are increasingly using AI voice cloning, spoofed phone numbers, and fake websites to target members. Please use caution.
Never send cryptocurrency, gift cards, wire transfers, or peer‑to‑peer payments to anyone claiming to be from a business or government agency.
AI voice‑cloning scams are rising. Always verify family emergencies by calling the person directly using a known number.
Caller ID can be spoofed. Do not provide personal information unless you initiated the call.
No legitimate company will ask to remotely access your computer or phone.
You cannot win a contest you did not enter.
ASCU will only ask for the last four digits of your card number, the three‑digit security code, or your card’s expiration date. We will never ask for your full card number, PIN, online banking password, or remote access to your device.
