• Enter the last 5 digits of your social security number when prompted.
• Establish a new password: The new banking platform will indicate that your password has expired and must be changed. Follow the prompts to re-establish a password for the new system.  Click “Show Rules” for acceptable password length and characters.
• Establish Two Factor Authentication: A code will be delivered by text for phone call to your phone number. Ensure that you have access to the phone number on file while you are completing this process. This code cannot be delivered to an email address.
