Supporting our local charities is one of the ways we contribute to our communities. This year American Southwest Credit Union is proud to make a $500 donation to We Care Pregnancy Center. The goal of We Care of Benson is to support both women and men in times of unexpected pregnancy. They offer resources and classes to help people get ready for an unexpected pregnancy. Some of the resources they offer are clothes, diapers, and formula. They also have a great car seat program designed to assist new parents with getting a quality car seat. In the car seat program, participants complete 5 pregnancy or parenting classes, their choice. Upon completion, they are given a $100 voucher that can be used toward the purchase of a car seat.
