Supporting local charities is one of the ways we contribute to our communities. This year, American Southwest Credit Union is proud to donate $500 to We Care Pregnancy Center. The goal of We Care of Benson is to support both women and men during unexpected pregnancies by providing resources and classes that help prepare them.
Some of the resources offered include clothing, diapers, and formula. Additionally, We Care has an excellent car seat program designed to assist new parents in obtaining quality car seats. To participate in the car seat program, individuals must complete five pregnancy or parenting classes of their choice. Upon completion, they receive a $100 voucher toward the purchase of a car seat.
