Community First Since 1954

Born in Sierra Vista. Built for Southern Arizona.

Long before Sierra Vista had its name, a group of neighbors at Fort Huachuca believed something powerful:
that a community grows stronger when people support each other. From those early days—captured in the
Fort Huachuca Scout in 1955—American Southwest Credit Union has been part of this region’s story.

We helped Sierra Vista grow. And now we carry that same mission into every community we serve—
Douglas, Benson, Green Valley/Sahuarita, Hereford, Fort Huachuca, Huachuca City, and soon, Thatcher/Safford.
Wherever Southern Arizona grows, we grow with it.
