What should I expect with ASCU’s new online and mobile banking?

Consistent across all devices: View transactions and account details consistently whether you are online or on our mobile app.
Mobile App with touch or face ID for the devices you choose.
A more personalized experience – Arrange your dashboard the way you want for easy access to all your favorite tools.
Transaction alerts – Set up transaction alerts in near real time, delivered to your mobile device.
Two-factor Authentication – When logging in, a code is delivered to your chosen outside system to verify your identity.
Enhanced Card Controls (Coming in Soon!) Disable or Enable your debit card if you’ve misplaced your card. Turn it back on once you’ve found it. Or you can turn your card off between purchases and only turn it on when you are about to use it.
To view your external accounts you’ve previously linked
Visit Our Homepage after March 28th: Go to www.ascu.org from a computer and click on the login button.
Enter the Username that you established for your Internet Banking Account in our previous system.
In the Password Field, enter your previously established password. Follow the prompts to set up Two-Factor Authentication. A code will be delivered by text for phone call to a phone number you provide. Ensure that you have access to this phone while you are completing this process. This code cannot be delivered to an email address. Alternatively, an authentication app such as Authy can be used to generate a secure code.
New to Online Banking?
Go to www.ascu.org and click on the red login button (top right)
Click “First Time User? Enroll Now”
Enter the last 4 digits of your social security number (this is your temporary password). Alternatively, if you do not have a social security number, enter the month and day of your birthday (MM/DD).
Establish a new password: The new banking platform will indicate that your password has expired and must be changed. Follow the prompts to re-establish a password for the new system. Click “Show Rules” for acceptable password length and characters.
