Zelle® is a payments feature built directly into ASCU Digital Banking. It connects eligible bank and credit union accounts across the U.S., so members can send money to friends and family with just an email address or U.S. mobile number — no third-party app required.

How to Get Started with Zelle® at American Southwest Credit Union
Getting set up takes just a few steps:
- Log in to ASCU Digital Banking on your mobile device or computer
- Navigate to the payments section and select Zelle®
- Enter your recipient’s email address or U.S. mobile number
- Enter the amount, review the details, and confirm
If your recipient is already enrolled with Zelle®, money goes straight into their account and is available to use in minutes.¹ If they aren’t enrolled yet, they’ll receive a notification with instructions to get set up and claim their payment.
