How to Get E-Statements Online

Statements are available to view and download from our online banking platform.  Enroll in online banking when you open your account for easy access to your account.   Once you have online banking enabled and would like to view your statements, follow the steps below.

 

Log into online banking from the ASCU website with your user name and password by clicking the red Home Banking Login Button at the top of the page. Then follow the steps below.

 

Step 1.  Once logged in, click on “Other Services”

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2. Select “E-Statement Opt-In” from the dropdown menu if it isn’t already there.  Then click “Continue”

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 3. Select “Electronic Statements” from the dropdown menu if it isn’t already there.  Then enter your account email address.  Make sure you enter the email address associated with your ASCU account. Then click “Continue”

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 4.  Read the disclosure agreement and click “Submit”

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 5.  The green Information Message should appear confirming your e-statement subscription.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 6. Click on the tab “E-Statements”.  Your statement should appear when you click on the E-Statements tab.  If they do not, go to Step 7.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 7. Pop-Up Blockers:  If the statements will not open, or the window opens but nothing is there, check to see if there is a pop-up blocker message at the top of your screen. You will need to change the settings on your computer to allow “Pop-Ups” from Netteller (our online banking platform).   It is not advisable to enable all Pop-Ups from every website.  But you can disable them for selected companies you trust.

See below for several examples of what to look for.  These are only examples.  Your pop-up blocker may look different depending on the system you are using.

 

This red pop-up blocker message is tiny.  Often there is a message that states “Pop-up Blocked” next to it.  However this message only stays there for a split second and you are left with a tiny red icon or dot, shown here circled in red.  Click on the red dot icon to see the drop down menu, then select “Disable pop-up blocker for Netteller” (our banking platform).

Once you have disabled the pop-up blocker, you can then go back to the “E-statements” tab and review your statements.

The second type of message you may receive is a bar message, usually in yellow or red, at the top right to top center of the screen.  It flashes on the screen quickly and then disappears.  If you clicked on the statement tab to open them and you didn’t see a blocker, click on “e-statements” again while watching the top right or top center of your screen.  If the blocker bar appears, you will need to disable it before your statements will open up.  You can usually right click or click on the blocker to get an option to disable the pop-ups.

Note:  If your computer has automatic updates, sometimes this will turn the pop-up blocker back on.  You may need to repeat disabling pop-up blockers in this case.
