Recently, we have been made aware of postcards being mailed to our members referring to a recently closed mortgage you may have with ASCU. The postcard asks you to call a phone number to discuss the matter. *These postcards are not from American Southwest Credit Union*. If you receive a postcard like this, please do not call the number as it is a scam to fraudulently obtain personal information from you.
Have you already called? Please contact ASCU immediately at 800-752-6394 so that we may appropriately review your accounts for any fraudulent activity. ASCU will never send you a postcard requesting you to call us regarding your accounts. All communication regarding your personal accounts would be through first class mail in sealed envelopes or by direct phone calls.
