ASCU opened the Customer Service Call Center today! We are thrilled to put our old phone system to rest and begin a new journey with our Customer Service Call Center. We now have dedicated employees to answer our telephones with professionalism and offer our communities better quality service.
Customer Service Call Center hours will be similar to our Sierra Vista Main Branch hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm; Friday 8:00am -6:00pm. After hours you can always access your account through our Website Online Banking, Mobile Banking App and of course you can always call AVA, our automated access line at 520-459-1860 or 800-752-6394, Option #1 for basic transactions, balance inquiries and other tools.
