Once again ASCU is partnering with the Cochise County Sheriff’s Office for our 5th Annual Charity Ride on November 4th, 2017! This year’s charities are:  Heroes Healing Heroes Hunting Foundation which provides disabled and disadvantaged American heroes (i.e. veterans, law enforcement, firefighters and paramedic/EMT professionals) with the opportunity to experience the healing effects of fresh and peaceful outdoor activities through hunting expeditions. Cochise College Opportunity Youth Scholarship Fund provides scholarship opportunities designed specifically to reach academically challenged and financially disadvantaged youth who currently do not have a high school diploma or have not graduated from high school, but are enrolled in college, and are not in the work force.

All proceeds go to these local charitable causes that support underprivileged children, veterans and first responders.

This is not just a Charity Ride, it is also a fun filled Scavenger Hunt full of surprises and stops that will provide fun for all ages. Riders cruise to travel destinations to win BIG! There is no set route to travel, so riders choose which stop locations they visit and at their own pace! At each location, there will be goodie bags, and better yet, a treasure chest! By collecting raffle tickets from the treasure chests, riders have an opportunity to win three very sought-after prizes upon their return, one of which is a $500 Visa Gift Card!

Who can Participate? Anyone and everyone!!!  If you ride a motorcycle you can be a part of our 5th Annual Charity Ride!  This Event is in the ASCU Sierra Vista Parking Lot. Scavenger Hunt/Charity Ride starts and ends here.

REGISTRATION BEGINS AT 7:00am. Registration includes: completing paperwork, “general raffle” ticket sales, Bushmaster Rifle raffle ticket sales, brochure that tells you all of the stop locations before you leave on the ride and a Scavenger Hunt list that specifies the items to collect to earn extra “Big Ticket” raffle tickets. Participants will leave NLT 9:00am with a suspense time of 2:00pm to be back at ASCU for drawings.

Registration for Ride Includes ($20 Fee for Single & $35 with Rider): T-shirt, Raffle Tickets, Stop locations, List of Scavenger Items, Charity Participation Pin.  See our links below for registration.

The public is also invited to participate in all of the fun activities going on at American Southwest Credit Union parking lot during the afternoon hours! There will be entertainment all day long including sponsor vendors, food vendors, DJ entertainment, the CCSO Geronimo helicopter, static displays and a Buffalo Wild Wings eating contest!

It is FREE of charge to attend, however donations are welcome and very much appreciated.
